About

Our story

Wattlebanks was born from a desire to showcase Tasmanian produce to locals and visitors of Tasmania. Our first menu for 2026 will be published on the 14th January and close on the 18th January. Meals will be ready for collection or delivery on Wednesday 21st January 2026.
