Menu opens 7am Friday and closes 12noon Monday. Pickup (from 5pm Tuesday) and delivery (Wednesday) to Lennox, Ballina, Bangalow, Suffolk Park, Newrybar and Byron. Sit back & relax, dinners ready. Who needs a trip to the doctors when you have this broth. It all starts with homemade chicken stock then layers of extra flavour with ginger, turmeric, seasonal fresh vegetable & rice.
A smooth blended sweet potato soup with the nutty addition of my homemade satay sauce & a kick from a little red curry paste & creamy coconut cream. Delicious on its own or with crusty bread.
VEGETARIAN MAINS
My take on Spanakopita (a Greek Silver beet & feta filo pastry pie. ) Onions & garlic are sauteed with fresh silver beet & spinach then folded into creamy ricotta & Greek feta cheese. Laced with fresh dill, toasted pine nuts & nutmeg before being tucked into filo pastry & finished with olive oil & sesame seeds. The result is the lightest most crisp pie ever. Perfect on its own or with a side salad.
Vegetarian favourite in our home. Fresh spinach & creamy ricotta rolled into soft pasta sheets & tucked in with tomato & basil sauce & topped with parmesan & mozzarella cheeses.
It all starts with the most incredible spice blend, then layered with toasted coconut, red lentils & pumpkin. Enjoy with rice or naan, or you can thin out with water for a soup. Whatever way its bloody delicious! Small serves 2 people.

You had me at PIE, great anytime of the year. Fresh salmon & barramundi pieces are cooked in a creamy white wine & vegetable sauce & topped with a flaky puff pastry lid. Delicious on its own, or add a simple side salad.
Take me back to the south of France... but with a twist. Fresh salmon with a traditional salad from Nice. Steamed green beans & potato with soft boiled egg, tomato, olives & anchovy fillets with a side of red wine & dijon vinaigrette.

Honestly this is my favourite curry, what's not to love about hot, sour, sweet, chilli tangy curry with coconut cream & the depth of fennel fresh & seeded. Trust me you will love this game changer. serve with steamed rice or flatbread. Your welcome.

A BIT ON THE SIDE
Parmesan polenta is a terrific side dish to have with chicken cacciatore, or as a base for bolognese sauce or steamed greens.
Fluffy basmati rice, lower GI than all the others. Perfect to have with curries.
