Menu opens 7am Friday and closes 10pm Sunday. Pickup 4 - 6pm Tuesday & deliveries Wednesday. I cook healthy, small batch, home made fresh & frozen meals in my council registered kitchen. Ok have to thank Greg Malouf for this beautiful recipe, that I've tweaked to work for my lovely customers. Fresh barramundi fillet is baked in a dill & yoghurt sauce with a walnut herb crust ( to die for!) and served on a bed a herb rice & steamed greens.
Winner winner chicken dinner. No matter what your age. Such a mild & comforting chicken curry with cinnamon, ginger, tomato, yoghurt & special spice blend. Just add rice for simple & satisfying dinner.
Fresh & zingy just how a curry should be. Tender pieces of free range chicken in bold green curry paste packed with coriander, ginger, lime, green chilli & spices mellowed out with cream coconut cream. This small serves 2 people.
Sweet, salty, coconut creamy delicious. Pork shoulder is slow cooked in an exotic Thai red curry paste with coconut cream, fresh pineapple, peanuts, sweet potato & finished with thai basil & lime.
Fresh barramundi is marinated with garlic, chilli, olives, tomato, capers & parsley & layered with shaved potato & topped with breadcrumbs.
Just like Nonna would make.... 8 generous juicy plump hand rolled meatballs filled with fresh parsley, parmesan, free range pork & beef in a Napoli sauce with basil a hint of chilli. Just add fresh cooked pasta / polenta/ rice.
VEGETARIAN MAINS
Like Mum always said "Eat your Greens!" Luckily for me my Mum is a fabulous cook & I always cook my greens with a crunch. So this salad is seasonal greens of asparagus, broccoli, green beans, snow pea, baby peas, baby spinach & toasted pepita & sunflower seeds... with a simple side dressing of whipped tahini, xvoo,lemon & lime, garlic,sea salt & pepper. Perfect for a light lunch or side salad ( * greens may vary due to availability)
It all starts with the most incredible spice blend, then layered with toasted coconut, red lentils & pumpkin. Enjoy with rice or naan, or you can thin out with water for a soup. Whatever way its bloody delicious! Small serves 2 people.
My sisters favourite, hailing from from the south of Italy. Layers of grilled eggplant, mozzarella & parmesan cheese in our signature chilli & garlic tomato sauce, and gluten free. Medium serves 2 or large serves 6-8 people.
My take on Spanakopita (a Greek Silver beet & feta filo pastry pie. ) Onions & garlic are sauteed with fresh silver beet & spinach then folded into creamy ricotta & Greek feta cheese. Laced with fresh dill, toasted pine nuts & nutmeg before being tucked into filo pastry & finished with olive oil & sesame seeds. The result is the lightest most crisp pie ever. Perfect on its own or with a side salad.
Vegetarian favourite in our home. Fresh spinach & creamy ricotta rolled into soft pasta sheets & tucked in with tomato & basil sauce & topped with parmesan & mozzarella cheeses.

A Greek classic with a vegetarian twist. Brown lentils are slowly simmered with vegetables, red wine & spices then layered with cooked eggplant & potato & topped with bechamel sauce.
What's not to love about this molten cheesy goodness? The buttery bechamel is loaded up with 4 different types of cheeses & folded through the el dente macaroni pasta, then topped with more cheese & panko crumbs.

A BIT ON THE SIDE
Parmesan polenta is a terrific side dish to have with chicken cacciatore, or as a base for bolognese sauce or steamed greens.
Who doesn't love mash? Great as a side dish or just on its own.
Fluffy basmati rice, lower GI than all the others. Perfect to have with curries.
SNACKS
Hummus with a Mexican twist , packing a punch with Jalapeno peppers, zesty limes & coriander . Delicious with crackers & raw vegetables. Or use as a sauce for pasta, dollop on vegetables, fish or chicken.
