BARRAMUNDI BAKED IN DILL YOGHURT WITH WALNUT CRUST & GREEN RICE

Ok have to thank Greg Malouf for this beautiful recipe, that I've tweaked to work for my lovely customers. Fresh barramundi fillet is baked in a dill & yoghurt sauce with a walnut herb crust ( to die for!) and served on a bed a herb rice & steamed greens.

barramundi, basmati rice, broccolini fresh, Pea, Greek yoghurt, baby spinach, Egg, walnut, Breadcrumbs, Olive oil, Lime juice, Butter, Dill fresh, Parsley, Sea salt, Pepper, corn flour gluten free, shallot green raw.
