A Greek classic with a vegetarian twist. Brown lentils are slowly simmered with vegetables, red wine & spices then layered with cooked eggplant & potato & topped with bechamel sauce.

Ingredients
Eggplant, Potato, Carrot, Onion, Brown lentils, Milk, Celery, Red wine, Butter, Garlic, Flour, Corn flour, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Sea salt, Pepper, Breadcrumbs.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid & bake at 180.C from defrosted for 40minutes for a medium & 1 hour for a large on an oven tray & let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
