These Sourdough Fruit Hot Cross Buns are light and fluffy and not too sweet. Generously filled with mixed fruit, warm spices and fresh orange zest (no chunky peel for the peel haters). These buns are perfect for anytime of the year. Larger than your typical store-bought buns and no nasty additives. I highly recommend trying them fresh or toasted with one of my whipped butters such as the Spiced Cinnamon & Maple. Frozen fresh on the day they were baked.
