These are an amazing way to start your morning or enjoy for a yummy brunch or lunch. Smother in some cream cheese and top with smoked salmon.

Preparation and storage notes

Bagels are best stored at room temperature and eaten fresh within 1-2days. Day 3 best to toast or freeze in a zip lock/freezer bag. Bagels can also be reheated in a 170 C oven for 4-6mins.
Do not refridgerate Bagels as this actually promotes staling.
