Menu opens 6am Thursday and closes 5pm Sunday with orders ready for pickup the following Tuesday from our store at 543 High Street, Prahran or delivery (for orders over $80) to nearby suburbs Tuesday 3:00pm-6.00pm. Everything is made in our kitchen and all dishes are provided fresh and ready for you to eat or reheat. All first orders receive a 10% discount at checkout.
Soups and Starters
You can’t go past the classic Spoonful herby chicken sandwich. Perfect for a picnic, or as a canape with a glass of bubbly. 4 points per sandwich.
The summer crops keep on giving, and the late season zucchinis come alive with the sweet aniseed flavour of fresh basil.
Juicy sweetcorn, smokey bacon and free range eggs combined within a buttery flaky pastry. Yum! Whole tart (serves 4-6).
Everyone loves a sausage roll and these Italian pork and fennel fellas tick the box. Dip in! Available in packs of 6 or 12.
Vegetarian Mains
Masala is the Hindi word for spice, and this dish combines protein rich tofu, cashews and broccoli with a burst of spicy Indian flavours. 2 or 4 serves.
Barley is an ancient grain cultivated for over 10,000 years. And with good reason: it is packed with fibre, nutrients and antioxidants. This dish combines barley with creamy fetta and juicy cherry tomatoes. Serves for 2 or 4
A staple in Indonesia and Malaysia, Rendang distills and intensifies the flavours of this pumpkin curry, with the puffed black rice adding texture and crunch. Serves for 2 or 4.
Meat and Fish Mains
Layers of soft pasta sheets sandwiched with fennel flavoured pork and smooth white bechamel sauce. Fantastico! Available in servings for 2 or 8.
Marinated roast chicken with dates, olives, capers and oregano. A flavour bomb! Available in servings for 2 or 4
Slow braised lamb shoulder with eggplants, potato and bechamel. Ναί! A hearty feast for 2.
A juicy filet of grilled salmon with creme fraiche tarragon horseradish and a beetroot gratin. Serves 1
Salads & Sides
The last of the summer tomatoes with blood plums from our farm and a nori and sesame salt. Juicy, tangy, sweet. Have it on its own or as an accompaniement to our Chicken Marbella or Greek Lamb Shouder Moussaka.
Broccolini and smashed potatoes with the flavour punch of parmesan and lemon. To share or as a side dish. Available in servings for 2 or 4
Slices of soft pink salmon with green tea noodles, ginger dressing and crunchy radish slices. Oishī. Serves 1-2
