How will I know the pick up times?
When you select the items you want and go to checkout, you will click on Pick Up and this will give you a selection of what is available. Simply click on the option that you want. We will message you when your meal will be ready or you can request a time and we will do our best to ensure it is ready!
How do I know the delivery times?
When you select the items you want and go to checkout, you will click on Delivery and this will give you a selection of what is available. Simply click on the option that you want. We will message you prior to delivery or when we are on our way! We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible within the timeframe stated.
Can I pick up outside the times listed?
If you cannot pick up at the time stated please request another time and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you do catering outside this menu?
Yes, we do offer a variety of catering options from small to large. Please contact us on 9521 5212 to discuss.
Do dishes come with instructions for reheating, etc?
Yes, each dish has a label stating ingredients, heating (or otherwise) instructions, if it can be frozen and how long to keep it in the fridge. It also states if there are any allergens.
Where do you deliver to?
We are based in Prahran. The minimum order for delivery is $80 with no charge to postcode 3185, 3141, 3183, 3143, 3142 and 3181. Delivery for orders over $80 has a fee of $15 to the following postcodes 3126, 3124, 3204, 3186, 3145, 8627, 3101, 3123, 3163, 3207, 3162, 3161, 3183, 3182, 3122, 3144, 3184, 3121, 3205, 3185, 3004, 3146, 3122, 8008, 8004 and 3206
