Preparation and storage notes

Heat Porterhouse in cryovac bag in large pot of boiling water for approx 20 mins or until warm. Lightly heat tomatoes in 160 oven and serve as a garnish.
Serve Porterhouse with Bearnaise butter. It should melt over the warmed meat
