Easter Kringle cakes and Hot Cross Buns. It's our absolute favourite season in the bakery, the scent of spiced buns is in the air. Available to collect EVERY DAY from Miller+Baker Lake St, and Tuesday to Saturday (except Good Friday) from our Home Base Subiaco store.

Cinnamon spiced sultanas, housemade candied peel, soaked rye-berries, walnuts and dried fruit, encased in enriched pastry and topped with Manjimup walnuts. Serves 6
Traditional soft and flavourful hot cross buns. Traditional with a twist Infused with fresh orange paste, studded with sultanas and housemade candied orange, subtly spiced with cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice, glazed with sticky orange syrup. Made with WGM sustainable and freshly stonemilled NIF WA wheat, chemical and pesticide free, grown in microbiome rich soil.
Chocolate sourdough hot cross buns. Chocolate ganache dough, studded with white and dark chocolate chip. Subtly spiced with cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice. Made with sustainable WGM flour and freshly milled stonemilled WA wheat flour, grown in microbiome rich soil.
