Preparation and storage notes

To prepare:
1. Preheat the oven to 220C, fan-forced. Put the garlic bread on an oven tray, butter-side up, and bake for 6 mins or until golden and crunchy.
2. Meanwhile, put the soup in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to the boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 mins until hot. Alternatively, divide the soup between 2 microwave-safe bowls. For each bowl, microwave on high for 1-2 mins, stirring halfway, until hot. Serve the soup with the garlic bread.
