Ingredients

Vegetable stock, Kent pumpkin, Onion, Potatoes, Cream (Milk), Unsalted butter (Milk), Leek, Carrots, Celery, Olive oil, Nutmeg, Salt, Pepper

Preparation and storage notes

MICROWAVE
1. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave.
2.Cook on HIGH for 5 mins.
3.Remove from microwave.
4.Stand for two mins.

OVEN
1.Pre-heat to 180°C.
2.Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place on a tray, on middle shelf of oven.
3.Cook for 20 mins.
4.Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid. Return to oven and continue to cook for a further 10 mins.
5.Remove from oven.
6.Stand for two mins.

CAUTION: MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.
