Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated (product is at it's best for 3 days)
INSTRUCTIONS: Bring fish to room temperature in tray.
Pre- heat oven to 180ºc. Remove packaging and lemon. Bake in tray provided for 25 – 30 minutes.
Rest for 5 minutes and serve with romesco, broccolini and a wedge of lemon.
