anchovy dressing [Oil, White Anchovy (Fish), Lemon juice, Egg yolk, White balsamic (Sulphites), Dijon mustard, Confit garlic oil, Water, Salt], schnitzel [Chicken breast, Water, Sugar, Flour (Wheat), Panko crumbs (Wheat), Salt, Egg white], caesar salad [Baby cos lettuce, Bacon, Eggs, Parmesan (Milk)], Croutons [Sourdough bread (Wheat), Parsley, Confit garlic oil, Thyme, Salt, Pepper, Dried oregano]

Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep refrigerated
INSTRUCTIONS: Pre- heat oven to 180c (fan- forced), place schnitzel in for 15 minutes. Once heated, let cool, then assemble salad as desired on top with croutons and anchovy dressing.
