Preparation and storage notes

STORAGE: keep in fridge
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
BBQ: Remove chicken from bag. Heat on BBQ to medium flame. Season chicken
with salt & pepper then lay on BBQ. Drop the lid down and BBQ for 10 minutes each side. Rest for 10 minutes with BBQ off and lid down. Remove skewers and serve with yoghurt provided.
OVEN: Sear chicken on both sides in a frypan. Place on an oven tray with a little extra olive oil and bake 180c for 30-40 mins.
