Our succulent chicken is marinated and brined to perfection, then roasted with lemon and herb butter for a flavour-packed experience. Paired with a delicious cranberry and apricot stuffing and finished with a rich, traditional gravy, it's a delightful alternative, perfect for those who want a twist on tradition!

We select the best white fish of the day from Sydney Fish Markets and create a neat little parcel ready for baking; filled with globe artichoke, steamed baby potatoes, Sicilian green olives, white wine, cherry tomato, and herb butter. Throw this little package in the oven for 30 minutes and enjoy a delightful dinner.
