Weekly Fresh
Try our tasty salmon fillet with a crunchy herb and macadamia crust. It's served with a simple freekeh, pea, and mint salad for a delicious and easy meal.
Fresh heirloom tomatoes are oven dried and placed into a shell with sauteed spinach, caramelized red onion and flaky hand-rolled puff pastry. Just pop into the oven to heat and flip onto a plate for a delightful meal. Each tart is served with a little pot of goat cheese and rocket and balsamic dressing to serve.
Free range beef fillet, marinated in garlic, fish sauce, sesame and sweet honey then lightly cooked and sliced. Served with a fresh salad of vermicelli noodles, roasted peanuts, cucumber, Asian herbs chilli and lime. Wonderfully light and healthy.
Free-range lamb shanks are braised with herbs, Served with a delicious harissa yoghurt and herb loaded cous cous . This dish packs in flavour without being overly spicy.

Nothing beats it for an easy mid week dinner. It’s packed with lean mince, fresh veggies, carbs (for the kids) and gooey cheese. I’m not sure what I used to do before the humble tray bake, but it can’t have been as easy or as yummy.

Market fresh barramundi marinated in fresh ginger, chilli, garlic, sesame and coriander. BBQ and serve with a fresh Spring salad.
Before any judgment is passed on these little patties I applaud you to try them. Made with free range local chicken mince and ready to bake straight from frozen they are bite size, convenient and absolutely delicious. They also cook in 10 minutes and are a perfect size for little hands. If you're looking for a family meal, roll them into balls, roast and pop in lettuce cups with an Asian inspired salad or throw them in a broth with noodles and greens. Containing no chilli or extra seasoning, these little treats sing for themselves. If you want some spice just mix a little chopped chilli and soya sauce and dip away till your heart is content.
