Weekly Fresh
A healthy, simple and beautifully flavoursome way of cooking fish. Market fresh Barramundi served with bok choy, steamed jasmine rice, ginger, soy, shallot and sesame. It's ready to pop in the oven, bake and serve with no prep required.
Hand-made chicken dumplings, bursting with free-range chicken, fragrant coriander, zesty garlic, spicy chili, and nutty sesame. These delightful dumplings are conveniently prepared to be placed in a robust broth that delivers an explosion of flavours. Two-minute steaks prepped and ready to BBQ or pan fry served with rocket greens, tomato, cheese, caramelised onion jam and soft hand-made rolls. All topped off with a little pot of aioli.
Fresh heirloom tomatoes are oven dried and placed into a shell with sauteed spinach, caramelized red onion and flaky hand-rolled puff pastry. Just pop into the oven to heat and flip onto a plate for a delightful meal. Each tart is served with a little pot of goat cheese and rocket and balsamic dressing to serve.
This week's star dish is our tender lamb shoulder (bone in), braised to perfection in a flavourful stock with aromatic vegetables and herbs over 10 hours. Served with our delightful mint sauce. Easy to reheat at home, it's perfect for sharing and creating memorable moments around the table. Leftover lamb can be transformed into delicious creations; whether tossed through a fresh salad or used as a mouthwatering burger filling, every bite is a delight. Marinated, tender Katsu Pork cutlets, generously studded with aromatic sesame seeds. These mouth-watering cutlets are expertly paired with a refreshing summer salad featuring crisp radishes and a vibrant mix of fresh herbs and cabbage. To elevate the dish, we've added a burst of flavour with Shichimi Togarashi seasoning and a drizzle of rich Tonkatsu sauce.
Savour our Roasted Pumpkin & Goats Cheese Tortellini, filled with creamy goats cheese and sweet roasted pumpkin. Sides
This classic potato dish with its glorious caramelised top and rich melting interior is an all-time favourite. Finely shaved potatoes are infused with garlic, onion and the mild flavours of nutmeg and cumin. A perfect side dish to enjoy with fish or meat.
Lightly sweet and tart, these tender carrots are roasted till tender and served with a sweet and salty honey mustard dressing.
