Chicken Pot Pie

I've borrowed inspiration for this dish from Jamie Oliver. This cooler weather just calls for the delicious comfort food of a pie and what better than a pot pie which has the crispy filo on top and full of chicken, herbs and vegetables.

Chicken Thigh, Potatoes, Vegetable stock (homemade), Lemon, Filo Pastry (Wheat), Watercress, Parsley, Butter (Milk), Flour (Wheat), Olive Oil, Garlic, Dijon Mustard (Milk), Tarragon

CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated and use within 2-3 days. Can be frozen.
Reheat uncovered in 180 degree preheated oven to heat through and crisp up topping.
