We marinate the leg of lamb with all these spices then slow cook over 8 hours giving you an aromatic, tender rich Moroccan flavours with the sweetness of dates & cinnamon. Comes with turmeric rice, roasted almond and fresh coriander. This dish is good to share just a side salad.
