One of my favourite curries with Steamed Rice. Chinese inspired curry with curry leaves, ginger, curry powder cooked in coconut cream with beans and peas. A mild spice creamy curry that everyone in the family will enjoy.

Rice, Coconut Cream, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Carrots, Sweet potato, Green Beans, Peas, Curry powder, Curry leaf, Himalayan Salt, Ginger, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime Leaf

Preparation and storage notes

For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
