Mushroom Risotto

Autumn calls for mushrooms of all varieties. Risotto is one of life's most delectable pleasures. This risotto is a wonderful vegetarian option or works beautifully as a side with any of our meals. We have used a combination of fresh and porcini mushrooms to create a layered taste sensation. Simply heat in the bag in a pot of boiling water, pour out and pour over some more parmesan.
