As our new chef Nicola is married to an Italian, has lived in Italy and owned her own Italian restaurant, she knows a thing or two about Italian food! Lucky for you we have her in our kitchen bringing us the good each and very week. This risotto is so so so good. I've had it three nights in a row as it works with everything on the menu. A fantastic side with a salad to our beautiful fish, chicken or beef dishes. It's versatile and all you need to do is pop it into a saucepan of boiling water in the bag to re-heat it. Snip the pouch and pour into a beautiful serving dish and pretend you made it yourself. Simply heaven.
