What if you're not home to accept my delivery?
It would be best if you were home to receive your box of beautiful C Si Bon meals but if you can’t, then don’t stress! We will leave your order by your front door (or a location specified by you at checkout). All meals will be delivered in an insulated foam esky or, if you know you are not going to be home you can leave out your own esky with ice blocks and we can transfer the order into it for you (please note we can't take responsibility for orders left unattended).
What happens to the foam eskies?
We can pick up the foam eskies the next time we deliver. We believe these should be recycled and used more than once. It’s better for the environment and cheaper for you.
Do you have your own esky?
If you know you are going to be out during delivery times, please leave your own esky out with some freezer bricks inside and we can transfer your order into it for you.

Are our meals fresh or frozen?
Freezing retains nutrients and meals don't require any nasty preservatives to aid in shelf life. We are big believers in frozen being the best form of ready-to-eat meal options.

When are our meals delivered?
All orders will be delivered on Tuesdays between 1 and 9 p.m.

Do we provide a solution for NDIS & Aged Care participants?
We certainly do and this is actually a large focus of ours as we think everyone should be able to easily access nutritious healthy meals. We are set up to accept payment via the NDIS & Home Care Package systems to make it as easy as possible for participants to access our meals. Get in touch for more information.
