Chicken Parmigiana

Such a classic dish because it is so delicious. We use free range chicken breasts and beat them slightly to flatten them out. We then coat them in panko crumbs, herbs, salt and pepper before baking in the oven with olive oil. We then smother with tomato sugo and top with cheese. Serve this with now of our summer salads and some potato gratin. So good!
