This curry is favoured by the English due to it's mild spice but it's full mouth feel. Chicken thighs are marintated in yoghurt before being braised in sweet spices, cashews, tomato & cream. Simply serve with steamed Jasmine rice & warm flatbread or some creamy mash potato. As always ~ Gluten Free
