Family Quiche Lorraine

The origin of this quiche is Germany where bacon and cheese were baked in a rustic pie with eggs. The French borrowed and enhanced it by filling it with a savoury egg custard. Ours is the French Style with the addition of spring onion. Quiche also benefits your health by providing a source of essential vitamins and minerals such as calcium, iron and zinc. Eggs contain vitamin B-12, a nutrient that helps maintain the health of your nervous system. As always ~ Gluten Free
