Preparation and storage notes

Remove cardboard sleeve.
Microwave (1000W): Pierce film, heat 5 mins from frozen or 3 mins defrosted.
Stove: Heat in pan 2–3 mins from defrosted.
Oven: Pierce film, heat at 160°C for 30–40 mins frozen or 15–20 mins defrosted, stir occasionally.
Air fryer: Remove film, heat at 160°C for 15–20 mins frozen or 10–15 mins defrosted.

Storage: Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting, use within 3 days.
