Silken tofu (Soy), Water, Broccoli, Eggplant, Diced tomato, Coconut milk, Edamame beans (Soy), Zucchini, Brown rice, Onion, Roasted unsalted peanut, Peas, Faba bean protein, Yellow curry paste, Crushed garlic, Ginger, Fresh coriander, Olive oil, Lemongrass, Vegetable stock, Soy sauce (GF), Turmeric, Chilli, Kaffir lime, Cornstarch

Preparation and storage notes

Meals
Remove cardboard sleeve. 
Microwave (1000W): Pierce film, heat 5 mins from frozen or 3 mins defrosted. 
Stove: Heat in pan 2–3 mins from defrosted. 
Oven: Pierce film, heat at 160°C for 30–40 mins frozen or 15–20 mins defrosted, stir occasionally. 
Air fryer: Remove film, heat at 160°C for 15–20 mins frozen or 10–15 mins defrosted. 

Storage: Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting, use within 3 days.
