Preparation and storage notes

On stove boil a pot of water with a pinch of salt. Heat Velouté in microwave or on stove in pot. Place ravioli into boil water, cook for 6-7 minutes. Drain Ravioli, place into bowl / plate, pour over hot sauce, finish with Parmesan, herbs and lemon zest.
