Spinach & Ricotta Lasagna

Spinach and ricotta are always a winning combination in our household and there are few meals more hearty and satisfying than a lasagne with layers of molten tomato sauce complemented by creamy ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella filling. Topped with a Pangrattato topping to give this dish a wonderful crunch.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep Refrigerated.
Bake in the oven for best results. pre-heat to 160c, remove tray lid and heat approx 20 min until hot and golden. Microwave on high until hot, allow to sit 2 mins before serving.
