Chickpea, Sweet Potato, Spinach & Feta Sausage Rolls

Lovingly handmade, our meat-free sausage roll, is full of goodness and flavour. Pair it with some tzatziki or tomato chutney. Either work. These little morsels are frozen for your convenience and ready to defrost and cook in an oven at 180c for 25-30mins. This product has uncooked pastry. To Bake: Pre-heat oven 160c, remove tray lid and bake until golden on top and steaming from inside. Approx 20-45mins depending on tray size.

Sweet potato-Box, Chickpeas-Tinned, Onion-Red, Feta-Danish (Milk), Baby spinach, Puff pastry sheets (Wheat, Milk), Breadcrumbs (Wheat), Eggs - 700g, Coriander, Ginger, Parsley, Garlic peeled, Cumin seeds, Nutmeg ground, Cumin, Turmeric-Powder, GARNISH

Preparation and storage notes

From frozen, defrost in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 180c, remove sausage rolls from tray and spread out on a greaseproof lined baking tray. Place in oven and allow to bake for 20-25 mins or until crisp and golden.
