Sticky Miso Chicken & Roasted Sesame Pumpkin

Umami in a bowl, tenderly cooked chicken covered in an amazing sticky, sweet, salty, sour sweet sauce that is soaked up into the white rice. Roasted pumpkin in sesame and some greens on the side make this a complete meal. Enjoy! Request in comments when ordering no onion/garlic if required. We use Farmhouse roasted garlic oil for the steamed vegetables. To re-heat, best results use the microwave. Crack tray lid and heat on high until steaming hot, allow to stand 2 mins before serving.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep Refrigerated.
Oven: Pre-heat 160c, remove lid and heat through until piping hot.
Microwave: crack lid and re-heat on high until steaming hot in centre. Let stand 2 mins before serving
