Another Yotam Ottolenghi delight. Earthy Jerusalem artichokes, roasted chicken chops, sweet roasted banana shallots and fresh and zesty lemon slices.

Wok fried chicken pieces braised in a delicious Thai style sauce. A nice bit of spice finished with the freshness of sweet mandarin. Serve with steamed rice.
Delicious and fragrant. The tender beef slow cooked for several hours in a heady mix of cinnamon, star anise and serveral asian chilli pastes. Not hot but very warming. Serve with steamed rice and pan fried bok choy
red peppers stuffed with spinach, rice, mint, pinenuts, dried currants and topped with feta cheese
A tasty combination of pumpkin, sweet potatoes, parsnips, cauliflower, celeriac, beetroot, carrots and red onions. Lifted with the addition of feta, spice and crunchy smoked almonds to make it something special. Delicious for lunch the next day as well
A light and fluffy steamed rice
Roasted carrots tossed in cumin seeds, and combined with hearty and warming veggies, Onion, ginger, garlic, potatoes and a little cream all blended into one. Place a small dollop of the coriander yoghurt on top and please feel free to lick the bowl clean!
