Cinnamon braised beef
Delicious and fragrant. The tender beef slow cooked for several hours in a heady mix of cinnamon, star anise and serveral asian chilli pastes. Not hot but very warming. Serve with steamed rice and pan fried bok choy

beef chuck, chicken stock, chinese chilli bean paste, korean bean paste, vegetable oil, caster sugar, yellow bean sauce, spring onion, ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick, star anise.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated & use within 3 days. Can be frozen. Reheat in microwave, oven or stovetop
