A wonderful autumn soup made with roasted sweet potatoes, onion and garlic and a drizzle of maple syrup. With an accompaniment of a dash of cream and a pinch thyme to add at home.

Ingredients

Water, liquid, Sweet potato (diced small), Onion (diced), Cream (Milk), Maple syrup, Vegetable oil, Vegetable stock (Booster, GF Vegan), Garlic, Thyme, Salt, Pepper

CONTAINS: Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Keep refrigerated & consume within 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Freeze in an airtight container. Defrost in the fridge overnight and consume within 24 hours. DO NOT REFREEZE. Ensure fully defrosted before heating.
Heating: In microwave-safe dish for 3–5 minutes, stirring halfway, until hot throughout. Or, on Stovetop gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
