Chicken thighs (diced), Jasmine rice (cooked), Red kidney beans, Sweetcorn, Zucchini, Onion (diced), Red Capsicum Diced, Tomato paste, Water, liquid, Vegetable oil, Garlic, Cumin, Paprika (sweet), Oregano, Garlic powder, Onion powder

Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Refrigerate immediately, consume within 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Ensure fully deforsted in the fridge overnight before heating. DO NOT REFREEZE. Heating: In microwave-safe dish, for 2-3 minutes, stir, then heat for an additional minute. Or, on stove-top, with a splash of water on medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring often. Heat until piping hot.
