Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Heating: On Stovetop: Place risotto in a saucepan or skillet over medium-low heat. Add a small splash of water, stock, or cream to loosen. Stir frequently for 5–7 minutes, until hot throughout and creamy.
