Carrot, Water, liquid, Coconut cream, Onion (diced), Honey, Coriander, Olive Oil, Vegetable stock (Booster, GF Vegan), Ginger (fresh), Cinnamon grounded, Garlic, Sea salt flakes, White Pepper, Ground ginger

Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Keep refrigerated & consume within 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Freeze in an airtight container. Defrost in the fridge overnight and consume within 24 hours. DO NOT REFREEZE. Heating: In microwave-safe dish for 3–5 minutes, stirring halfway, until hot throughout. Or, on Stovetop gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
