Pumpkin (diced), Coconut Milk, Chickpeas, Onion (diced), Coriander, Thai yellow curry paste, Ginger (fresh), Oil, Garam masala, Ground coriander, Cumin

Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Keep refrigerated & consume within 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Defrost in the fridge overnight and consume within 24 hours. DO NOT REFREEZE. Ensure fully defrosted before heating. Heating: In microwave-safe dish for 3–5 minutes, stirring halfway, until piping hot throughout. Or, on Stovetop: Warm gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
