This one is straight from the heart. Just like Gran used to make. We source the best Gippsland Grass-fed beef and brine the meat for 2 days, then we slow cook with love and serve it with your favourite vegetables and mustard sauce! It cannot get better!!

Preparation and storage notes

Store below 5 degrees. Remove lid to heat for 2-3 minutes in a microwave or until piping hot. Large Serve - Remove meat from packaging, place in an oven proof tray and heat in 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove lid from Vegetables and place in 180 degree oven for 15 minutes or til piping hot. Heat mustard gravy in a small pot over medium heat, stirring til piping hot.
