I would like you to relax and enjoy Christmas, I will prepare my signature Glazed Ham, Vincotto glazed Turkey breast, slow cooked Ocean Trout with fennel, lemon and shallots as well as a wonderful range of salads. My award winning Christmas Pudding is on the menu too… All you will need to do is sit back with a glass of bubbles. I use locally & regeneratively grown, seasonal produce, so that you know can rest easy in the knowledge that you are giving your family the most nutritious Christmas.

This turkey breast is tender and flavourful - the bitter sweet flavour of vincotto lends a modern twist. Approx 1kg
The jewel like deep red flesh is delicious served cold or slightly warmed. Approx 1kg

I soak my fruit in Pedro Ximénez which infuses the pudding with the aromas and flavours of raisins, dates and dried figs, combined with a spiced note, coffee, liquorice and chocolate. Steamed to perfection, the fruit is moist and sticky, and the pudding mystifyingly, meltingly light. All our puddings are Gluten Free.
