My version of a proper British Fish Cake with a side of my homemade tartare sauce. Great as a snack or add a side salad for a complete meal.

Preparation and storage notes

Place in preheated oven at 160.c for 15 minutes or until heated through. Can be microwaved for 2 minutes. Can also be frozen down.
