My handmade ricotta gnocchi is full of protein & absolutely delicious. This is served in fiery N'duja (chilli salami paste ) butter sauce with shaved fennel & roasted fennel seed sauce. Then tossed with fresh peppery wild rocket & topped with shaved parmesan.

Store in fridge for up to 4 days. Can be frozen. Remove lid & microwave for 2 minutes or until heated through.
