Looks like an Easter Egg on a tart? Think again! The real surprise lies within - a meticulously crafted egg shell made of white chocolate, filled with coconut representing the egg white and a luscious passionfruit gel for the yolk. Resting on a decadent milk chocolate and biscuit base, this masterpiece is then delicately nestled in a charming nest of honey, candied cocoa nibs and kataifi.
A Hot Cross Bun - but not as you know it! This one has a spicy, moist HCB batter, topped with a spiced mousse, wrapped inside our delicious sweet paste pastry.
Classic Whole Tarts
Our most famous tart that was featured on MasterChef Australia in 2022. Composed of caramel, butterscotch frangipane, toasted pecans and a smokey maple syrup glaze, it is a must try for anyone new to our product.
A plain old lemon tart, perfected. Our secret? A layer of thin lemon gel prevents cracks and keeps the custard light and citrusy. Enjoy!
Our most popular tart and for good reason. A baked chocolate custard pairs perfectly with a slightly salted Dulce De Leche base. The first tart that ever came out of the Tarts Anon kitchen and one that will (almost certainly) be on the menu indefinitely.
Someone's Nonna is beside themselves right now with the thought of us putting this classic Italian dessert into tart form. The hazards of cultural appropriation aside, we think you'll find our tarty version of a Tiramisu will make you fall in love with these classic Italian flavours all over again. Inspired by the flavours of Southern Italy and our two cancelled holidays there in as many years, we've baked a deliciously creamy pistachio custard inside our crispy and buttery shortcrust pastry shell, topped with a silky white chocolate and orange crème diplomat, garnished with pistachio meal.
One of our favourite ever all-time tarts. A fragrant and delicate cardamon infused custard topped with a rhubarb gel, baked in our signature shortcrust pastry shell.
Mandarin jam sits beneath a black sesame cake topped with a mandarin curd and a whipped black sesame chantilly cream, all encased in our signature shortcrust pastry shell. Sprinkled with toasted black sesame, this is a delicately balanced tart with flavours that pop.
Behold our newest pastry creation, the croissant shell. Using the trims of our signature shortcrust pastry, we cannot get enough of this laminated style of pastry that pairs perfectly with our classic savoury tart flavours. This month, we have recreated our classic and "mush" loved Mushroom and Parmesan Tart in a new 'single serve' format. Get a 6 or 12 pack, or add a single as part of any of our mixed packs.
