Sure! Our menu of tarts rotates monthly. See what’s available on the current menu and pre-order for collection at either Cremorne or Collingwood by clicking here. We sell tarts by the slice (and coffee!) at both our stores during open hours (no pre-order required). We recommend pre-ordering if you want larger portions or simply don’t want to miss out.
Yes! We deliver our monthly menu specials to a different area around Melbourne each Thursday. Add your delivery address to see if delivery is available in your area.

For catering orders, we deliver within 15kms of our Cremorne location, 7 days/week.

We have limited numbers of pre-ordered tarts each week, but you are welcome (and encouraged) to drop by our store during open hours to pick up a slice (or 5)! Keep your eye on our Instagram page (@tarts_anon) to know what is available and when!
Aside from a stroke of genius, the briefcase is a selection of 5 tarts off the counter (dealer’s choice). If you want variety, the briefcase is for you!
You sure can! Check out our catering menu (minimum order $150). We offer pick up and delivery options, as well as items exclusive to catering such as our mini and classic tarts.
We pre-sell tarts in half and whole portions. A whole tart comfortably serves 10-12 people, depending on how hungry you are! Our slices are the perfect size for one person, or to share if you just want a taste!
We portion whole tarts into 10 slices (extra $8 per tart) and half tarts into 5 slices (extra $4 per half tart). If you would like your tart portioned, please indicate in your order notes at checkout and our chefs will slice it for you ahead of time.

We unfortunately do not have any gluten free or vegan options presently.
The nature of pre-ordering allows the kitchen to know exactly how many tarts are required for that day. We encourage pre-orders by offering the best value as they reduce our wastage, and tart wastage is a travesty. If you decide to purchase a whole/half tart in store without pre-ordering, there is a small price difference to what is advertised online. Please just ask us when you’re in store if you're unsure.
Our tarts are baked fresh each day because they’re intended to be eaten fresh! We strongly recommend picking up your tarts on the day you plan to eat them. Due to the delicate nature of our tarts, we warn you that, while our tarts are food safe for a few days after purchase, they can (and probably will) change in appearance, taste and texture when stored overnight.
If you are in the position of storing overnight (e.g. leftovers), our recommendation is to chuck it in the fridge in an airtight container and refresh the tart in the oven before serving the next day. 3-4 minutes in a moderate oven should work for the custard tarts, while the cake ones may need 5-7 minutes.
Your tart is held on site for strictly 24 hours before being discarded. If you do not collect your tart, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you know you will no longer able to collect your tart with more than 24 hours notice, please email us at hello@tartsanon.com.au and we can assist you with cancelling or rescheduling your order.
You will receive an automated reminder on the morning of your selected pick up (Note: you will not receive emails if you choose to sign up with 'hide my email'). If you do not collect your order, our staff will try and get in contact with you via phone and/or email.
We store uncollected tarts on site in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours after your pick up window before discarding them.
If you can no longer make your collection, please let us know with as much notice as possible. If we have prepared your tarts and you can no longer collect, you have the option of sending an Uber Package to collect your tarts or picking up your tarts the next day. Please email us at orders@tartsanon.com.au and we will assist you.
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to offer a credit or a refund for product that has already been prepared by our kitchen.
