Dessert Masters: Chocolate, Pistachio, Wattleseed

The dessert that resulted in Gareth (our head chef and co-founder) being named Australia's first Masterchef Dessert Master. The flavours here are very classic - Chocolate, Pistachio, Apricot - with a wattleseed twist. Inside you'll find an apricot jam, pistachio cake, armanac syrup, pistachio crème and chocolate wattleseed mousse, topped with dots of pistachio cream and apricot and armagnac gels.
