Sultana, Currant & Cranberry Sourdough Hot Cross Buns

These buns are bursting with sultanas, currants, cranberries and a punch of fresh orange zest (no peel added for the peel haters). These buns are light and airy and infused with warm spices and glazed with a sticky sugar syrup. Best enjoyed fresh or lightly heated in the oven or toasted. I recommend trying these with my Whipped Spiced Cinnamon & Maple Butter.
