Hot Cross Buns Preorders for Wednesday 16th April

This rustic rye sourdough loaf combines the rich, earthy flavours of rye flour with the tangy complexity of a sourdough starter. A slow fermentation process contributes to its unique taste and dense, chewy texture. Due to the high amount of rye flour, this loaf is also rich in nutrients, fiber and better on gut health, making it a healthier choice compared to many other bread varieties.
